Personal information we process about you if you are a respondent in a survey.

Your personal information is in safe hands with us. We therefore never disclose personal information in surveys or reports. If you are a respondent or participate in a respondent panel, we usually only process so-called general personal information. The normal personal data included in surveys or panels may include name, email, telephone, age, gender, education, job situation, housing type, habits, attitudes or similar. This information is used exclusively for statistical analysis or for contact about surveys to which you have agreed to receive invitations. Unless otherwise agreed with you, your responses and your data will always be processed in an anonymous and statistical manner. In cases where we store personal data offline, it is on a protected server that only specially selected people have access to. We only store personal data in connection with surveys and response panels as long as we have a legitimate purpose for the processing.

Personal data we process about you if you have a business relationship with us.

If you have a business relationship with us, we only process ordinary personal data and no sensitive personal data. The information we process is intended to provide individual service, just as we process the information necessary to be able to offer or solve tasks. This information includes name, email, telephone number, product interests and notes in relation to professional dialogue. The information is stored in our CRM system and financial system, which are also subject to GDPR. We only store and use your personal information as long as we have a legitimate and objective purpose for the processing. Information is used for contact via telephone or email and to provide relevant services.

Marketing.

We only send marketing emails to people who have previously registered for this and given their consent. In all marketing emails, you have the opportunity to indicate if you no longer wish to receive marketing material via email, either as stated in the specific emails you receive, or by sending a message to where you opt out of receiving email marketing. If you are a customer of ours and have provided us with your email address, we may send you marketing emails without your consent if our inquiry is about or is related to the services you or your company have purchased from us.
